/KASE, May 6, 2021/ – KazTransCom (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a
decision of the Board of Directors dated April 30, 2021, the following changes
were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:
- excluded: S. Nazarenko – Chairman of the Management Board, Y. Tulegenov
– First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
- Y. Tulegenov was elected – Chairman of the Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of KazTransCom
JSC consists of five people: Y. Tulegenov, N. Mukayev, B. Turzhanov, G.
Bitadze, N. Bykovskikh.
