/KASE, May 6, 2021/ – "Fincraft" Investment House (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE
that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will be held on
June 22, 2021 by absentee voting with the following agenda:
- on approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders;
- on conclusion of a major interest deal with BTA Bank JSC on the assignment
of rights of claims.
