/KASE, May 6, 2021/ – Kazakhtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated April 30, 2021, the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of
Directors.
- removed: Garrett Martin Johnston – independent director;
- elected: Alexander von Gleich – independent director, S. Saudabayev –
representative of a major shareholder.
Taking into account the said changes, the Board of Directors of Kazakhtelecom
consist of nine persons: N. Baidauletov, S. Saudabayev, A. Alimov, K.
Yessekeyev, Y. Kussainov, A. Buyanov, Alexander von Gleich, D. Zaika, T.
Naizabekov.
