/KASE, May 5, 2021/ – Kazakhtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the beginning of payment of dividends on common and preferred shares
for 2020 from May 4, 2021.
According to the company, the amount of dividend per common share is
KZT1,730.88, the total amount of dividends is KZT18.5 bn. The amount of
dividend per preferred share is KZT1,430.88 (net of the guaranteed dividend of
KZT300 per share), the total amount of dividends is KZT0.43 bn. The guaranteed
dividend on preferred shares for 2020 was paid in December 2020.
