BANK CASPIAN OJSC (Kazakhstan) informed about the 4th coupon payment on its bonds of the 1st issue

/KASE, July 14, 03/ - Today BANK CASPIAN OJSC (Almaty) informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) with the official letter about the fact that the bank had made the fourth coupon payment on its bonds of the first issue (KZ2CUY03A370; KASE's official "А" listing category, CSBNb1; $100, $15.0 m.; July 13, 01 - July 13, 04, semi-annual coupon 9.5% APR). According to the issuer's data, the payment has been made in accordance with bonds issue terms on the basis of USD4.75 per one bond. Total sum of the payment equaled to KZT104,595,000.00, that at the rate of the National Bank of Kazakhstan (KZT146.80 for dollar), which was in effect on payment date (July 13 of 2003), equaled in dollar equivalent to 712.5 th. USD. Judging on the mentioned sum of the payment, by bondholders register fixation (June 13, 03) the whole announced issue volume was in circulation. [2003-07-14]
