/KASE, May 5, 2021/ – Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance LLP (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of partners dated
April 27, 2021, the following changes were made to the composition of the
Supervisory Board:
- removed: D. Davlyatshina – member of the Supervisory Board;
- elected: Sh. Sadyrov – independent member of the Supervisory Board.
Taking into account the said changes, the Supervisory Board of Microfinance
Organization OnlineKazFinance LLP consists of three persons: B. Batin, E.
Kazak, Sh. Sadyrov.
