/KASE, April 30, 2021/ – Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank (Almaty), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated April 29, 2021, the following
changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:
- removed: A. Chukin – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director;
- elected: N. Kusainov – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Subsidiary
Bank Alfa-Bank JSC consists of eight people: I. Poz, O. Sysuev, E.
Duisemalieva, David Mark Brawn, D. Osin, S. Ayupova, I. Pyatkov, N. Kusainov.
