/KASE, April 30, 2021/ – Rakhat (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision of the
general meeting of shareholders dated April 29, 2021, the following changes
were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:
- removed: Baek Kwangheyon – member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: Hwang Sung Wook – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the said changes, the Board of Directors of Rakhat JSC
consists of five persons: Choi Myeongrim, Hwang Sung Wook, K. Fedorets, S.
Tereshenko, Bae Jong Han.
