Shareholders of Subsidiary Bank of Sberbank of Russia approve annual financial statements and decide to pay dividends for 2020

/KASE, April 30, 2021/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), HAS informed KASE about decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on April 28, 2021. Shareholders, inter alia, took the following decisions: - to approve the financial statements of the bank for 2020 with the report of an independent auditor; - to approve the following procedure for distribution of the bank's net income for 2020 in the amount of 60,581,000,000 tenge: - to leave net income minus the amount of dividends payable on the "Retained net income (uncovered loss) of previous years" account; - the amount of reserve capital in the amount of 23,893,000,000 tenge, formed in the previous financial years, should be left unchanged on the reserve capital account; - to approve the total amount of dividends of 48,464,800,000 tenge, per common share – 3,774.78 tenge (including taxes); - to designate Ernst & Young LLP as an audit organization that audits the bank for the second and third quarters of 2021, 2021 and the first quarter of 2022. Decisions on a total of six items on the agenda were made at the meeting.
