/KASE, April 28, 2021/ – By a decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) dated April 28, 2021, common shares GB00B0HZPV38
(KASE main market, category "standard", GB_KZMS) of KAZ Minerals PLC
(United Kingdom) were excluded from KASE official list.
This decision was made on the basis of the statement of KAZ Minerals PLC on
voluntary delisting of these shares from KASE official list and is effective
from May 11, 2021.
These shares had been included in the "A" category of KASE official list since
November 14, 2006, and from June 1, 2017 they had been in the "standard"
category of KASE official list's main market. Trades in them had been opened
since December 1, 2006.
