/KASE, April 28, 2021/ – KEGOC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a
decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated April 27, 2021 the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of
Directors:
- removed: A. Satkaliev – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Domenique
Fache – independent director;
- elected: K. Moldabayev – Chairman of the Board of Directors, S. Tiesov –
representative of interests of the shareholder, Zh. Yegimbayeva – the
representative of interests of the shareholder, N. Akhanzaripov – independent
director, Zh. Bekenov – independent director, B. Kazhiyev – Chairman of the
Management Board of the company.
Taking into account the changes introduced, the Board of Directors of KEGOC
consists of six people: K. Moldabayev, S. Tiesov, Zh. Yegimbayeva, N.
Akhanzaripov, Zh. Bekenov, B. Kazhiyev.
