/Kazakhstan today, July 11, 03/ - In Kazakhstan new daughter company Kazkommerts Invest was founded with 100%-participance of Kazkommertsbank, specializing on rendering wide spectrum of financial services to large corporate clients and individuals in Republic and abroad. It was informed today in Kazkommertsbank. As it was informed in bank, main priorities in activity of Kazkommerts Invest would be consulting on development of investment programs and general strategies of companies' development, financial consulting on creation of optimal structure of financing in the markets and stock and debt capital, search for strategic investors and their active involving into merger processes, acquisition and restructuring of Kazakhstan companies, search for portfolio investors, organizing and maintenance of shares and bonds issuances for Kazakhstan companies in both domestic and international capital markets, being of interests of foreign companies in Kazakhstan. As it was noted in Kazkommertsbank in republic there is deficit of financial examining that allows effective realization of new opportunities in corporate development.
