/KASE, April 26, 2021/ – Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its partners will start
on April 27, 2021 at 15:00 o'clock with the agenda containing the following issues:
- on approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of the
partners of the partnership;
- on the election of a new composition of the Supervisory Board;
- on determining the term of office of members of the Supervisory Board.
