/KASE, April 23, 2021/ – Fincraft Group (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decision of its sole partner dated April 21, 2021: "Repurchase on the secondary
securities market the bonds of the Partnership (ISIN KZ2D00005949) in the
number of 3,919,760... pieces, at par value, taking into account the accrued
coupon interest".
