decision of its sole partner dated April 21, 2021: "Offer on the regulated
securities market the coupon bonds of the Partnership (ISIN KZ2P00006190) in
the number of 15,108,866 ... pieces, with a par value of KZT15,108,866,000.00
..., at a clean price of 97.4739 % ... of the par value, taking into account
the accrued coupon interest as of the offering date".
