/KASE, April 22, 2021/ – KazTransGas (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
following:

"KazTransGas" Joint-Stock Company (the "Issuer") BRINGS TO YOUR KNOWLEDGE that
at the Meeting of holders of the above Bonds held on April 21, 2021, the
Qualified Majority Decision specified in the Notice of the Meeting dated March 30,
2021 sent to Euroclear Bank SA/NV, Clearstream Banking S.A. and The Depository
Trust Company and sent to Euronext Dublin for publication on the website on
March 30, 2021, was duly ACCEPTED as the Qualified Majority Decision. The Bond
Holders, who in aggregate own 80.48 percent of the par value of the Bonds in
circulation, personally or through representatives participated in the Meeting,
and 82.97 percent of the votes cast by the Bond Holders present or on their
behalf by their representatives were cast in favor of the Qualified Majority
Decision.
