/KASE, April 22, 2021/ – Dosjan temir joly (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of the general meeting of shareholders dated April 20, 2021 on
changes in the composition of the company's Board of Directors:
- removed: M. Medeubayev – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Y. Albisenov
– member of the Board of Directors, independent director, S. Beisembayev –
member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: M. Shakenov – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Y. Amirkhanov –
member of the Board of Directors, Y. Zhumabayev – member of the Board of
Directors, M. Tleubayev – a member of the Board of Directors, independent
director.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Dosjan temir
joly JSC consists of six persons: M. Shakenov, Y. Amirkhanov, Y. Zhumabayev,
M. Tleubayev, L. Musina, A. Grigoryan.
