/KASE, April 22, 2021/ – KazTransGas (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE about
decisions of its sole shareholder dated April 19, 2021.
The sole shareholder also took the following decisions:
- to approve the separate and consolidated financial statements of the
company for 2020;
- not to distribute the company's net income for 2020 in the amount of
KZT266,502,451,000.
