/KASE, April 21, 2021/ – First Heartland Jusan Bank (Almaty), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that the annual general meeting of its shareholders will begin on May 19, 2021
at 11:00 o'clock, with the following agenda:
- on approval of the agenda of the annual general meeting of shareholders of the
bank;
- on approval of the bank's annual financial statements for 2020;
- on the approval of the procedure for distribution of the bank's net income for
the reporting financial year, the adoption of a decision on payment of
dividends on ordinary shares and approval of the amount of dividend per
ordinary share of the bank;
- on the consideration of information on shareholders' appeals against actions
of the bank and its executives and results of their consideration;
- on consideration of information on the amount and composition of remuneration
to members of the Board of Directors and the Management Board of the bank.
