/KASE, April 20, 2021/ – Agrarian Credit Corporation (Nur-Sultan), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated April 9, 2021, the
following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:
- removed: B. Kultayev – member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: A. Abenov – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Agrarian Credit
Corporation JSC consists of three persons: A. Abenov, D. Yenkebayev, K.
Zholdybekov.
