/KASE, April 19, 2021/ – Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of
the payment on April 16, 2021 of dividends on its ordinary shares for 2020 in
the amount equivalent to USD11,091,000 at the market exchange rate as of the
payment date.
