/KASE, April 19, 2021/ – ShalkiyaZinc LTD (Kyzylorda region), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange, has informed KASE about
the decision of the Board of Directors dated April 14, 2021: "to additionally
place 3,317,300 ... pieces of common shares of ShalkiyaZinc LTD JSC, within the
number of authorized shares, at a price of KZT675.56 per common share, in the
amount of KZT2,241,035,188 tenge".
