an auditor's report on the bank's financial statements for 2020.

The audit of the bank's financial statements for 2020 was conducted by
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. According to the auditor's report, the financial
statements reliably reflect, in all material respects, the financial position of
Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank JSC as of December 31, 2020, as well as its financial
results and cash flows for the year ended as of that date, in accordance with
IFRS.
