/KASE, April 16, 2021/ – Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" (Nur-Sultan),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that from April 14, 2021, it ceased to own 100% of shares of
Kazakhstan Electricity and Power Market Operator JSC.
