/KASE, April 16, 2021/ – Subsidiary company "Aktobe-Temir-VS" (Aktobe
region), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the general meeting of
shareholders dated April 12, 2021, the following changes were made to the
composition of the Board of Directors:
- removed: D. Satmagambetov – member of the Board of Directors,
independent director;
- elected: A. Khametov – member of the Board of Directors, independent.
Taking into account the said changes, the Board of Directors of Subsidiary
company "Aktobe-Temir-VS" consists of five persons: Z. Zhangaziyev, N.
Smagulov, A. Khametov, M. Abuov, D. Mukametbai.
