/KASE, April 15, 2021/ – Kazakhtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
the following press release dated April 15, 2021:

Kazakhtelecom JSC (the Company), whose securities are in the official list of
the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notifies that the Board of Directors of
the Company has recommended that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
(AGM) pay dividends based on the results of 2020 in the amount of 30% of the
consolidated net income of 63 493 359 thousand tenge, or 1 730,88 tenge per
ordinary share.
The proposed date for fixing the list of shareholders entitled to receive
dividends for 2020 - as of 00:00 hours on the first Sunday after the date of
the annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The proposed start date for
dividend payments is the next business day after the date of fixing the list of
shareholders entitled to receive dividends for 2020, within one month. Payment
of dividends will be made with the involvement of a paying agent - Central
Securities Depository JSC.
The decision on this issue is subject to approval by the shareholders of the
Company at the AGM, which is scheduled for April 30, 2021
