/KASE, April 15, 2021/ – SEC "DAMU AGRO" (Shymkent), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions
of the general meeting of its partners held on April 1, 2021.
Partners also took the following decisions:
- to approve the financial statements of the cooperative for 2020;
- not to pay cooperative payments based on 2020 results, leave the profit
earned in 2020 at the disposal of the cooperative.
