/KASE, April 13, 2021/ – BCC Invest – Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC
(Almaty, in the heading – BCC Invest), the managing company of the interval unit
investment trust "CenterCredit - Valyutny", whose units are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of its
sole shareholder dated March 30, 2021.
The sole shareholder also took the following decisions:
- to approve the financial statements of the company for 2020;
- to approve the payment of the remaining part of dividends at the end of 2020.
