For the first 6 months of 2003 volume of transactions with repo at KASE reached KZT1,433.0 bn and grew by 30.2%

/IRBIS, July 3, 03/ - During the first half year of 2003 volume of repo transactions made at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) reached KZT1,433,008.6 m ($9,431.1 m) and compared to similar period of last year increased by 30.2%. In 2002 volume the transactions at KASE was an equivalent of KZT2,809.4 bn ($18,274.2 m).
