/KASE, April 1, 2021/ – KazTransCom (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a
decision of the Board of Directors dated March 29, 2021, B. Turzhanov was
elected as a member of the Management Board of the company.
Taking into account the amendments made, the Management Board of
KazTransCom JSC consists of six persons: S. Nazarenko, E. Tulegenov, N.
Mukayev, G. Bitadze, N. Bykovskikh, B. Turzhanov.
