/KASE, March 31, 2021/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated March 17,
2021, A. Arifkhanov elected the Chairman of the bank's Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Development
Bank of Kazakhstan JSC consists of seven persons: A. Arifkhanov, R.
Karagoishin, A. Nurgozhin, A. Sarkulov, Marcia Elizabeth Christian Favale, A.
Saydenov, G. Uzbekov.
