are officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with an auditor's report on the company's consolidated financial
statements for 2020.

LLP. According to the auditor's report, the consolidated financial statements
present reliably, in all material respects, the consolidated financial position
of National company "KazMunayGaz" and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2020
and their consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the
year ended as of the specified date, in accordance with the IFRS.
