Industrial Development Fund raised KZT50.0 bn through subscription on KASE by placing 10-year bonds KZ2C00007391 (IDFRb3) at 11.50 % per annum

/KASE, March 19, 2021/ – As announced earlier, an initial offering of bonds KZ2C00007391 (IDFRb3, KZT1,000, KZT50.0 bn; 10 years; semi-annual coupon, 11.5 % APR; 30/365) of Industrial Development Fund (Nur-Sultan) was conducted in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) today on March 19, 2021 by way of subscription to them. Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk Finance (Kazakhstan) (Almaty) acted as the seller during the subscription to the said bonds. Subscription orders were accepted on March 19, 2021 from 14:00 to 14:30 o'clock, Almaty time (ALT). Bonds with a total par value of KZT50,000,000,000 (up to 50,000,000 pieces with a par value of KZT1,000) were offered. During the subscription, limit orders submitted to KASE's trading system by the closed method, were accepted. The coupon rate, denominated in annual percentage with accuracy of up to the second decimal place, must be indicated as the price in the order, and the number of bonds in pieces as the number of financial instruments. No restrictions for buyers on the maximum number of bonds in submitted orders were set by the terms of the subscription. One member of KASE took part in the trades. In total, one limit order with a nominal volume of KZT50.0 bn was submitted to the trading system, which at the end of the order collection was recognized as active. The yield to maturity in the submitted order was 11.50 % per annum. The bid to ask was 100 %. Based on the results of the offering, the order was executed for the amount of KZT50,000,000,000.0. The issuer has placed 50,000,000 bonds with a yield to maturity of 11.50 %. According to the data of Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty), the deal based on the results of subscription to the specified bonds by the time of publication of this information has been settled, the subscription has been completed.
