/KASE, March 19, 2021/ – "Caspiy" Commodity Exchange (Nur-Sultan), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with the following press release:

At the meeting of the Exchange Committee of the Agency for Protection and
Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan held on March 17,
2021, the "Caspiy" Commodity Exchange JSC was approved as a trading
platform for the wholesale sale of petroleum products!
In accordance with the Order of the acting Minister of Trade and Integration of
the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 28, 2020, petroleum products were
included in the list of exchange commodities from March 1, 2021. At the initial
stage, it is planned to sell 10% of the volume of bitumen, gasoline, aviation
fuel and diesel fuel produced in Kazakhstan.
