/KASE, March 18, 2021/ – Kazakhtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notifies KASE that the
annual general meeting of its shareholders will start on April 30, 2021 at 16:30
o'clock, with the meeting agenda including the following issues:
- on approval of the company's annual financial statements for 2020;
- on the procedure of distribution of the company's 2020 net income;
- on electing the composition of the company's Board of Directors.
