/KASE, March 18, 2021/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE, or the Exchange)
announces that an initial offering of international bonds RU000A102BF7 (KASE main
market, category "bonds", PRKRe1; RUB1,000, RUB7.0 bn, 5 years; semi-annual
coupon; actual/365) of National company Food contract corporation (Nur-Sultan)
will be conducted in KASE's trading system on March 19, 2021 by way of
subscription to them.
Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk Finance (Kazakhstan)
(Almaty) (hereinafter – the Seller) will act as the seller during the subscription
to the said bonds.
The nominal amount of bonds being offered – RUB7,000,000,000. The bond
offering price – RUB1,000.
As the price an order must indicate the coupon rate denominated in annual
percentage with accuracy of up to the second decimal place. In case of market
orders, the "yield at market" is indicated as the price.
The number of financial instruments in an order must be represented by the
number of bonds in pieces.
Orders for the subscription will be collected on March 19, 2021 from 14:00 to
18:00 o'clock Almaty time. Limit and market orders submitted to KASE's trading
system by the closed method will be accepted during the subscription. Market
order execution rate – 30 %.
The date of provision to the Seller of the register of orders accepted by the
Exchange is March 19, 2021; the date of provision of the register of executed
orders by the Seller to the Exchange is March 19, 2021; the settlement date is
March 26, 2021. Settlements are made in tenge at the official exchange rate of
the Russian ruble established by the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan as of March 19, 2021.
The Central Securities Depository JSC will carry out settlements. The buyer is
obliged to ensure the availability of money in payment for the purchased
securities on an account with Central Securities Depository JSC at 12:00
o'clock, Almaty time, on the day of settlements.
Orders for participation in the subscription are submitted to the Exchange only

According to this subscription's terms, the list of additional information on
the investor disclosed to the Seller of the said bonds, must include:
1) surname, name, patronymic (if any) of an individual or the name of a legal
entity;
2) IIN of an individual or BIN of a legal entity;
3) citizenship of an individual or the state, in accordance with the legislation
of which the registration of a legal entity was carried out.
