Bonds KZ2C00007383 (BTRKb7) of National managing holding "Baiterek" underwent listing procedure on KASE by category "bonds" of main market

/KASE, March 18, 2021/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of March 18, 2021, bonds KZ2C00007383 (KZT1,000, KZT50.0 bn; 10 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined upon results of the first resultant special trading session for bonds offering; 30/360) of National managing holding "Baiterek" (Nur-Sultan) were included in KASE official list's main market's "bonds" category. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced later. Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. The issuance of said bonds is the fourth one under the eighth bond program of National managing holding "Baiterek" registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on October 30, 2020 in the amount of KZT200.0 bn. Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk Finance (Almaty) is the financial advisor and underwriter of National managing holding "Baiterek". The said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) BTRKb7.
