/KASE, March 18, 2021/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated March 3,
2021, the following members of the bank's Board of Directors were elected: A.
Arifkhanov, R. Karagoishin, N. Nurgozhin, A. Sarkulov, Marcia Elizabeth
Christian Favale, A. Saidenov, G. Uzbekov.
