/KASE, March 18, 2021/ – Mangistau Regional Electricity Network Company
(Aktau), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of
shareholders dated March 15, 2021, the following changes were made to the
composition of the Board of Directors:
- removed: Zh. Bokenbayev – independent director;
- elected: A. Salimova – independent director.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Mangistau
Regional Electricity Network Company JSC consists of six persons: N. Aitzhanov,
S. Akhanov, K. Maksutov, Y. Sagynbaev, D. Shukirt, A. Salimova.
