Alliance Bank OJSC (Kazakhstan) informed about completion of placement of first issue subordinated bonds

/KASE, June 30, 03/ - Today, Alliance Bank OJSC (Almaty) reported that on June 24, 2003 Financial Supervision Department of the National Bank approved report on results of placement of domestic indexed subordinated bonds of the first emission (KZ2CKY07A701: KASE's official "A" listing category, ASBNb1; KZT1, KZT3,000.0m.; December 23, 02 - December 23, 09; semi-annual coupon 9.0% APR). As of June 03, 2003 bonds have been placed and settled in full amount. This issue was registered on December 23, 2002 and included in the Government register of securities under A70 number. First emission Bonds of Alliance Bank JSC were admitted into category "A" of the official listing on Dec 28, 2002. Trades have been opened since January 29. Alliance Investment Management LLP holds the market-maker status over the bonds. [2003-06-30]
