/KASE, March 15, 2021/ – ATFBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a
decision of the Board of Directors dated March 10, 2021, A. Almambetov, a
member of the Management Board, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board,
was elected to the bank's Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of ATFBank JSC
consists of six persons: G. Makhanova, D. Seredenko, A. Khamidullin, M.
Shaikhyslamov, M. Saylybaev, A. Almambetov.
