/KASE, March 12, 2021/ – Rakhat (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the following
changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board by
a decision of the Board of Directors dated March 11, 2021:
- removed: Nam Sang Wook – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for
Economic Affairs;
- elected: Park Gyun Youl – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Rakhat JSC
consists of seven persons: K. Fedorets, Park Gyun Youl, R. Zamoludinov, M.
Nurgaziyev, V. Kinzersky, K. Shumkin, Zh. Orazbayeva.
