Kazakhstan utility systems says Fitch Ratings affirmed ratings of the company and bonds; outlook "Stable"

/KASE, March 10, 2021/ – Kazakhstan utility systems (Nur-Sultan), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about the following:

On March 4, 2021, the international rating agency Fitch Ratings affirmed the
long-term issuer default ratings (IDR) in foreign and national currencies of KKS
LLP at B+ with a Stable outlook. The agency also affirmed the senior unsecured
rating "B+" of the domestic bond program in the amount of KZT12.3 bn in the
national currency and bonds issued under this program (ISIN – KZ2P00003528).
