The company's financial statements for 2020 were audited by Ernst&Young LLP.
According to the auditor's report, the consolidated financial statements present
reliably, in all material respects, the consolidated financial position of
KazTransOil JSC and its subsidiary as of December 31, 2020 and their
consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended as
of specified date in accordance with IFRS.
