provided KASE with an audit report on the company's financial statements for
2020.

The audit of the company's financial statements for 2020 was carried out by
ALMIR CONSULTING LLP. According to the auditor's opinion, the financial
statements reliably reflect, in all material aspects, the financial position of
Microfinance Organization "R-Finance" LLP as of December 31, 2020, as well as
its financial results and cash flows for the period ended as of that date, in
accordance with IFRS.
