/KASE, March 2, 2021/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Management Board of October 13, 2020, consent was given for inclusion
of bonds RU000A102BF7 (RUB1,000, RUB7.0 bn, 5 years; semi-annual coupon;
actual/365) of National company "Food contract corporation" (Nur-Sultan) in
category "bonds" of KASE official list's main market.
The financial consultant of the mentioned bonds is Subsidiary Organization of
Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" JSC (Almaty).
The Management Board decision's effective date is March 2, 2021.
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
The mentioned bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) PRKRe1.
