/KASE, February 24, 2021/ – Kazakhtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated February 22,
2021, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's
Board of Directors:
- removed: S. Saudabayev – representative of interests of the major shareholder;
- elected: D. Kereibayev – representative of interests of the major shareholder.
Taking into account the said changes, the Board of Directors of Kazakhtelecom
consist of nine persons: N. Baydauletov, D. Kereibayev, A. Alimov, K. Yesekeyev,
Y. Kusainov, A. Buyanov, Garrett Martin Johnston, D. Zaika, T. Naizabekov.
