/KASE, February 22, 2021/ – Insurance company London-Almaty (Almaty),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated February
15, 2021, U. Shardarbekov – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board,
Member of the Management Board, was excluded from the Management Board.
Taking into account the said change, the Management Board of Insurance
company London-Almaty consists of three persons: D. Akhmetzhanova, A.
Bekeshov, B. Zhazdykbay.
