KASE, February 18, 2021/ – As announced earlier, the Management Board of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on February 9, 2021 took a decision on
giving consent for inclusion of international bonds XS2294363689 (KZT1,000,
KZT9,038,783,000, 22.02.21 – 17.03.26; semi-annual coupon, 9.95 % APR;
30/360) of Asian Development Bank in the sector "Securities of international
financial institutions" of KASE official list.
Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) (Almaty) is the initiator of
admittance of the said bonds.
The effective date of this decision of KASE's Management Board is February 18,
2021.
Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced
additionally.
The mentioned bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (trade code)
ASDBe7.
