/KASE, February 15, 2021/ – By a decision of the Listing Commission of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), from February 16, 2021 common shares
KZ1C00001551 (KASE alternative market, sector "shares", JSCP) of Fincraft
Capital JSC (Almaty) will be excluded from KASE official list.
This decision was made on the basis of a statement of Fincraft Capital JSC on
voluntary delisting of the said shares from KASE official list.
These shares have been included in the "shares" sector of KASE official list's
alternative market since May 4, 2018. Trades in them have been open since July
16, 2018.
